About AI Fabrication
AI Fabrication is a sheet metal manufacturer based at 1 Pelly Court, Epping, in Melbourne’s north. We make custom electrical enclosures, data centre equipment, toolboxes and parts for medical equipment makers, working in aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel. Our facility brings laser cutting, deburring, fastener inserting, automated bending, laser and robotic welding, automated PU gasketing, powder coating, UV printing, engraving and 3D printing under one roof. That lets us take a job from drawing to finished, labelled product without sending it elsewhere.
How We Work
AI Fabrication combines design, fabrication and finishing in one Epping facility so jobs can move from drawing to finished product with fewer hand-offs and clearer quality control. We focus on practical manufacturing improvements: repeatable processes, better use of automation and keeping more of the work in-house. We welcome unusual fabrication jobs that call for imagination and practical problem-solving.
