How We Build Them
Each toolbox is laser cut, deburred, folded on automated bending cells and welded in-house. We can then powder coat the finished toolbox and UV print or engrave branding.
Planning the Fit of Your Toolbox
A useful toolbox brief shows how the box will fit into the available space and how you will access it. Include:
- Overall size and storage space: outside width, depth and height, plus the usable internal space needed for your tools.
- Opening clearance: show the space available for a lid or door to open, including nearby obstacles.
- Installation details: mark mounting locations and any existing brackets, handles or fittings that the design needs to accommodate.
- Use and finish: describe where the toolbox will be used, the material and finish you prefer, and the quantity required.
Can I enquire without a finished drawing?
Send a dimensioned sketch and photos of the intended location through our quote form. Identify which measurements are fixed and which details still need review. This gives us more useful context than an overall box size alone.
