We keep adding technology to improve how we work. 3D printing lets us check fit before cutting metal, and UV printing and engraving mean parts can leave our workshop already labelled and branded.
We can laser cut almost anything you can draw, from sharp angles and smooth curves to small screw holes and fine detail. Our CNC laser cuts aluminium up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 16 mm and mild steel up to 25 mm, with parts up to 3 metres long.
We combine robotic welding cells with laser welding. Robotic cells repeat the same programmed motions and parameters every cycle for faster, consistent welds, while laser welding gives clean, low-distortion seams on thin and visible parts.
Automated bending takes operator variation out of folding. Our Pressmaster automated bending cells, known for their flexibility and finished part quality, fold parts accurately and repeatably at production speed.
We powder coat in-house on Hinah semi-automatic systems for a durable, even and smooth finish, with a wide range of colours to choose from. On request, we can also polish parts to a gloss or matte finish.
